If you have questions, comments, and/or suggestions, please drop me a message. I’m willing to share with you anything about the dishes I prepared, my experiences in doing so, and even my mistakes. And since I’m just a learner in this cooking and baking venture, I don’t yet have recipes I can completely call my own. Rather, many of them are inspired by recipes already available online with some necessary twists depending on either the ingredients I had or the requested adjustments I received at the moment (e.g., amount of seasonings). Since I usually just cook for a maximum of four people at home, I work mostly on small servings. I hope to learn more with you as I go along this pursuit and eventually develop my ‘own’ recipes, improve my plating skills, and who knows, may take this venture to another level in the future.
